forgot to post this on was making faces πŸ€ͺ while was being serious with her workout πŸ’ͺ😀

But as we can see Lisa was being dramatic during deadlifts. First she was crying 😭 but then.... she was just chilling! πŸ₯Ά

So you know what that means.... deadlifts weren't heavy enough anymore. Looks like we are going up 10 lbs next week 🦡πŸ”₯πŸ˜πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ

It's no secret I have a garage gym. It's changed over the years and has only gotten better 😁.

But even though I have it posted on my bio. A lot of people don't realize I'm a licensed massage therapist as well. πŸ’†β€β™€οΈπŸ’†β€β™‚οΈπŸ’ͺ

explained to me that she's been suffering from back pain for a while. When she came into train. She was just not with it that day. But she's a tough cookie, didn't complain just kept on trucking with back and leg day. Half way through the session I could tell her back was toast even tho I recommended her to stretch and roll out for a bit she instead wanted to get at it πŸ”₯πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ‹β€β™€οΈ.

But I had a change of plans for her and pulled out the good old massage chair.

While continued training and snapping photos πŸ“Έ 🀣🀣 I was fixing Lu's back working her glutes as well.

Let's just say she was super appreciative after 😁

I can train you to defend yourself, fight,πŸ₯Š get in shapeπŸ‹β€β™€οΈπŸ‹β€β™‚οΈ, but if you have old injuries or painπŸ€•, I can fix you too πŸ˜‰πŸ™‹β€β™‚οΈπŸ‘βš•οΈ

Got the ladies working hard πŸ”₯πŸ’ͺ

Armday was solid, Lu experienced crazy 8's for the first time.

If you've never done these. They are an amazing super Superset 😁 definitely a burner.
1st exercise is tricep EZ bar extensions. Superset with overhead rope extensions, super set with Bicep EZ bar curls. βš–οΈπŸ€Έβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ

Start with low weight that you can hit between 20 to 25 reps as you go through the sets obviously your rep count will go lower. A rule of thumb
1. first 2 sets 20 - 25
2. Sets 3/4 15 - 20
3. Sets 5/6 10 - 15
4. Sets 7/8 8 - 15
Each 2 sets you will increase weight by 2.5, 5 or 10 Lbs depending on your strength. πŸ‹β€β™‚οΈπŸ‹β€β™€οΈ

The curl bar can be a set weight throughout your 8 sets. So if 25 lbs good for sets of 10- 15 stick with that. If you wanna go up do it the same way in portions of 2.5 to 5 lbs per 2 sets.

ALSO the big thing here..... there's no break in between the sets. You finish one exercises you continue to the next increasing weight every 2 sets until you hit 8 sets total 😁πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

is back hitting those low depth squats and Sumo deads 🀌πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Trying to get him stronger so he can man handle his classmates more easily in jiu-jitsu class πŸ–πŸ₯‹πŸ–

Soon enough we'll be having em hit 225 on squats and deads for reps and thereafter 315. πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

and Kevin con't, legs, arms, and shoulders πŸ’ͺπŸ‹β€β™‚οΈπŸ¦΅

Arca definitely has gotten some thickness in the last 2 months, shoulders are much more defined, bi's and tri's are popping, soon enough were gonna have to get em to cut to really show the definition he's got now. βœ‚οΈβœ‚οΈβœ‚οΈ

I'm expecting Kevin to put up some decent weight, somewhere around the high 200's in squat and low 300's in deads. I got 2 months to do it before he has to head home so we'll see how far I can get em to go. For being a purely calisthenics only guy for years, he's very strong and understands mechanics very well.

Once he gets the form right and feels comfortable *over the next 2 weeks with testing out different weight* we'll see how fast he gains strength in his body by August.

Had and his homie Kevin come down. Arca kept at it while I was gone with another training, but now he's back. Been going for almost 2 months now, and we building em . πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯

Kevin has purely trained calisthenics and is pretty damn strong for not touching weights. Few photos to follow of him learning form on squats and deads. I look forward to helping him get strong over the next 2 months and bring em over to the Darkside of weight training πŸŒ‘πŸ‹β€β™‚οΈπŸ‹β€β™‚οΈπŸ‹β€β™‚οΈ

AKA
Always silly when we train, but it makes it also so fun lol. πŸ€ͺ

She definitely wasn't laughing when I was kicking her butt with the workout. We did a solid arms and Shoulder day today πŸ‹β€β™€οΈπŸ‹β€β™€οΈπŸ”₯πŸ”₯

Check out them guns πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

So I started training my clients again not long ago, it's been going really well. I'm gonna make a personal post later explaining why I have been a bit abstent with posting since I got home.

Anyway, here's Ms. owner of she's been back at it now for 2.5 months 3 days a week. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

When I got sick she completely stopped training, I'm sure if you look at my previous posts you'll see she was lean and mean. She didn't gain much weight while I was gone, but she did lose a lot of strength. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ˜…

Last year we trained for 4 months 2X a week. Honestly this go round, she's made even faster and stronger leaps compared to before i work em hard and build em thicc. 🀌🀌πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ“ΈπŸ“Έ

Gotta love lenses with fantastic quality. I really miss hitting the big dumbells. The 100's still have remnants of chalk on them from when I last used them before I got sick.

I love how with the right lighting and angle you could totally catch the details. πŸ“Έ

Here's to hitting 100 lbs dumbells again in the near future *hopefully* πŸ”©πŸ”©
