It truly is spiritual immaturity, and oftentimes it is not mal intent but almost always causes a great deal pain to those directed too.

Self awareness with out spiritual sugarcoating, or masking is where the real work starts.

It is not a comfort zone to dive deep right exactly where it hurts, but that’s how we free ourselves from it, and transcend to a place of beautiful heartfelt connection with all there is, and yet still keep healthy, loving boundaries with out toxic judgments.

Do your best to let your mouth speak out of the abundance and beauty of your heart and keep shining from there!

Cold showers after a great physical activity is a wonderful practice to keep you feeling energetic, radiant and with out the need of coffee!!

“What you don’t use you loose” the intelligence of our bodies is wonderful in supporting us with what we do in its best way possible.
