Inspired by my social impact film Modern Day Draupadi: Born of Fire and its upcoming soundtrack album, Born of Fire, this collection fuses movement, music, and meaning.
Through Kathak Yoga, I honor the ancient rhythm of storytelling through dance — where every spin, every beat, and every breath becomes an act of liberation.
The theme song, “Not Your Shame,” is a survivor’s anthem — created to empower trauma survivors to reclaim their voices and to remind anyone who’s ever been discriminated against or shamed into silence:
