Breath can get us through anything in life. Long exhales help to calm the nervous system and to relax the muscles in the body.
Use slow, long, loud exhales while on the nail boards to transcend the challenging sensations into the calm and clear state.

Our nail boards workshop will be happening at this cozy .yogastudio location in Topanga, Sept 18, 6:00-7:30pm.
Supported with the live handpan music by we will do a mini-yoga to warm up the body, a short breathwork to settle the mind, and then we will step on the nail boards for a sweet surrender. Bring your yoga mat and socks.
Remember, pain is inevitable, suffering is optional.

Reminder: always close the nail boards right after getting off.
While standing on the nail boards with evenly distributed weight is totally safe, accidentally stumbling upon them is not a good idea.
It’s very simple. Stepped off? Close them down.
