As we get older our bodies start to change and that’s just the truth. Our bones lose density, our muscles lose mass and it happens whether we like it or not.

But here’s what we can do about it. Stay active. Find an exercise routine that works for you and stick with it. It doesn’t have to be intense. It just has to be consistent. Get out here and start moving.

Have you ever heard the word proprioception? I just learned it and I can’t stop thinking about it.
It’s your body’s ability to sense where it is in space, how it’s moving, and how to keep you balanced without you even thinking about it. Every step, every little adjustment, your body is doing all of that automatically.

Pretty amazing when you think about it. Or don’t think about it. Just walk.
