If you’re a fitness coach trying to grow online, your content only needs to do 3 things.

1. Teach Break down training, nutrition, mindset. Explain how things actually work. This builds trust.

2. Solve Problems Talk about the mistakes people make. Call out bad advice. Explain why people get stuck. This builds authority.

3. Share Your Perspective Your opinions. Your beliefs. Your take. This builds influence.

Rotate these three and you’ll never run out of ideas — and your audience starts to see you as the go-to expert in your space.

Because content that teaches builds trust. And content that solves problems builds authority. And authority is what gets you clients.

Save this if you’re a fitness coach trying to grow. 🔖

Every summer, trainers lose clients.

They travel. Sessions get cancelled. Income drops.

And if you only get paid when you show up to the gym… you feel every single cancellation.

I used to be that trainer.

Summer is 53 days away.

You have 53 days left to set up your online business so that your clients can take their sessions with them.

Now is the time.

If you’re a trainer who’s tired of losing income every summer, follow along. I show exactly how I did it. 👇🏾

DM me the word CONTENT and I’ll send you my full breakdown of exactly what to post on your feed AND your stories every single week. 📲

My client was posting every single day and getting absolutely nothing back.

So we scrapped everything and built her week around this:

Monday — Hype Workout Video 🔥
Show yourself crushing it in the gym.
Your ideal client is coming off a weekend of good food, rest, and zero structure. They need someone to pull them back in.

Tuesday — Nutrition Tip 🥗
Call out the exact nutrition struggle your ideal client is dealing with right now.
Not generic advice. Not “drink more water.”

The specific thing they’re getting wrong that’s keeping them stuck.

Wednesday — Workout Tip 💪
Pick one exercise and break it down completely.
Show your form, your foot placement and how you breathe through the movement.

The goal here is to become the best TEACHER.

Thursday — Your Story or a Client Transformation
Talk about a client who is absolutely crushing it right now.

If you don’t have any clients, tell your own story. Your own transformation. The moment everything shifted for you.

Friday — Hype Workout Video
Close the week strong.
The weekend is coming and you want them going into it feeling proud of what they accomplished this week.

Weekend — Show the Dream
Put the coach hat down and just live.
Go have a nice dinner.
Put on the bikini and go to the beach.
Hang out with your friends and enjoy life.

This is the life your clients are working toward.
She did this calendar for 21 days straight without boosting.

Day 3 she booked a call.
Day 5 she closed it.
Dry spell over.

Content was never her problem.

The strategy behind it was.

Save this. Start NOW. 📌

Nobody told you this but there are two types of content. ⬇️

Content that gets attention.
And content that gets clients.
You’ve been making the wrong one.

Most coaches create content to get seen.
The coaches signing clients create content to get people to make a decision.

That one shift changes everything.

Content that converts does three things:
1. It calls out a problem. Something your ideal client is already living with right now. The moment they read it and think “that’s exactly me” you have their attention.

2. It builds belief. You explain why they’re stuck. You show them you understand their situation better than they do. Trust is built in the diagnosis, not the solution.

3. It gives direction. One clear next step. Not five things. Just one thing that moves them forward.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:
“Why you’re not losing weight.” — problem.
“This is where most people go wrong.” — belief. “
Here’s what to do instead.” — direction.

Most content gets attention.

But it doesn’t move people toward a decision.

Content that converts doesn’t just teach.
It leads.

Save this. Apply it to your next post. Watch what changes. 👇

I heard this on a call last week ⬇️

Qualified coach. Motivated. Genuinely great at what she does.

When I asked what her system looked like

“Basically the structure I have is me and ChatGPT. I kid you not.”

She laughed when she said it. But there was nothing funny about what it was costing her.

ChatGPT is a tool. A good one. I use it.

But a tool is not a strategy.

A hammer doesn’t build a house. You need a blueprint. You need someone who’s done it before.

Here’s what “me and ChatGPT” actually looks like:
Ask it what to post. Get something generic. Post it.
Nothing happens. Repeat.

ChatGPT doesn’t know your story. Your offer. Your client’s exact words. What objection killed your last sales call.

It can’t tell you what to fix because it doesn’t know what’s broken.

What AI can’t replace:
A mentor who has built what you’re trying to build and can look at YOUR situation and tell you exactly what to do next.

Real accountability that shows up even when you don’t want it to.

Honest feedback on your actual page, your actual offer, your actual DMs.

The coaches hitting $5K, $8K, $10K months aren’t doing it alone. They’re doing it with a clear system, a real mentor, and accountability that shows up every week.

“Me and ChatGPT” is how you stay busy. A real system is how you get paid.

DM me the word SYSTEM and let’s build you a real one. 📲

Also put a “1” in the chat if you tried the new sour protein bars. They’re so bomb!🔥

Content creation paralysis is real. Here are 7 things fitness coaches do that make it so much worse:

1. They wait until they feel inspired.
Inspiration is not a content strategy.
The coaches who show up consistently don’t wait to feel ready.

Professionals create on schedule.

2. They try to make every post perfect.
The post you don’t publish because it’s not good enough helped zero people, got zero clients and made zero dollars.

The coaches signing clients every month are not posting perfect content.

They’re posting consistent content.
Done beats perfect. Every single time.

3. They start from scratch every single day.
Every morning they open their phone and ask themselves the same exhausting question…

“What do I post today?”

That question is the problem.

4. They consume more than they create.
They spend 45 minutes scrolling other coaches’ content for “inspiration”
and end up feeling behind, inadequate, and even more stuck than when they started.

Consumption kills creation.

Spend 49% of your time consuming 51% of your time creating.

5. They try to post for everyone.
Specificity doesn’t shrink your audience. It magnetizes the right one.

6. They judge the content before they make it.
They think about the post. They decide it won’t perform. They never make it.

They didn’t even try… smh

7. They don’t have a reason to post.
This is the deepest one.

Most coaches are posting because they know they should.

But you need to post with purpose because every piece of content should open a door.

Content creation paralysis isn’t a creativity problem.

It’s a system problem. It’s a clarity problem. It’s a direction problem.

Save this. Pick the one that hit closest to home.
And drop it in the comments, I’ll tell you exactly how to fix it. 👇🏾

It’s called the ACE Method.⬇️

Attract. Convert. Enroll.

Three phases. In that order. Every single day.

ATTRACT — Attract your ideal client.

Every piece of content should make your ideal client feel so seen they DM you, comment, or save it to send to a friend.

People who come to your page from your attraction content are warm leads.

CONVERT — Turn attention into conversations.
This is the phase 99% of coaches skip entirely.

Getting attention means nothing if you’re not doing anything with it.

Every day you need to be:
Starting at minimum 5 real conversations in the DMs with your warm leads.

Following up with people who engaged with your content because they are warm leads.

ENROLL — Move conversations to calls. Close on calls.

A DM sparks interest.

A phone call closes deals.

Your job in the DMs is not to sell your entire program in three paragraphs.

It’s to get them on a call where you can learn more about their goals, challenges and situation, show them the solution, and make an offer so good it would be silly to say no to.

The call is where clients are made.

I created a free training on this called “How To Scale To 10k As An Online Fitness Coach” It’s linked in my bio I HIGHLY recommend you checking it out NOW.

It’s for coaches who are just getting started and coaches who may be online but are looking to take their results to the next level.

It’s free get it now.

I get this question all the time, my answer might surprise you.

No. Don’t quit.
At least not yet.

Here’s what I actually recommend instead.
Keep your personal training job
and start building your online business while you’re still training in person.

If you’re currently training clients at a gym
that’s not a limitation.
That’s a paid internship.

You’re learning on the job. Getting reps with real clients. Building your coaching skills. Getting paid while you figure out the online side.

And if you’ve been a trainer for a while now
keep the in person income.
But start adding an online component to your business on the side.

Until your online income meets
or exceeds
what you’re making in person.
Then you make the leap.
Not before.

This is what I call being a hybrid coach.
And honestly — it’s the best of both worlds.

You get clients in person. You get clients online. You have the flexibility of working for yourself. You have the groundedness of community around you.

If this tip was helpful share this with one of your trainer homies!

04/17/2026

Step one: get attention.

Step two: start conversations.
The number of people you talk to per day has a direct correlation to your income

Step three:Move the conversation to a phone call. Thats when you go into deeper detail about your programs

Step four:If you did everything right you made a sale.. Awesome job but if for any reason that sale didnt go through its your job to follow up until they’re ready.

Step five:turn that into a system you repeat daily.

When i was a fitness coach i had 5 things to do
Post content,
Start conversations,
Book calls
Close deals
Take care of my existing clients.

That’s it.

That’s the game.

IF you’re a coach and you need help with any of this i created a free training that teaches you how to do this process step by steps.

DM me the word GROW and I’ll send you my full breakdown of the blueprint 📲

04/17/2026

When most coaches start out online they go into follower mode.

They find the coaches who are winning.
And they study them.
Which on the surface seems smart.

But here’s the problem nobody talks about.

The coaches you’re copying built their rules from their own experience.

So when you copy their rules
you’re not getting their strategy.
You’re getting the output of a process you weren’t part of.

Here’s what I’ve noticed after working with hundreds of coaches:

The fully booked ones aren’t the most talented. They’re not the most credentialed. They’re not the ones with the best content.

They’re the ones who did enough reps to figure out what works for them
and then mastered what’s working for them.
