I had the absolute pleasure of being photographed by Ashley Benningfield at in early October literally days before we left for Croatia.

I was procrastinating getting new photos for a while for all the natural human things that come up "my body" "my age" random inner dialogues.. but my Soul knew it was time and when ya girl hears the call regardless of the inner chatter she moves.

I was intuitively drawn to work with Ashley based on some of her work I've seen and wow I was so impressed with her.

Her professionalism, her creativity her ability to listen to my vision and bring it to life was all so on point. It was exactly what I needed going into 2026.😎 I mean look at the photos they tell the whole story!

FORGIVENESS OPENS THE DOOR TO A WORLD BEYOND…
I shared a brief IG story on this recently, and honestly, I feel like I shout it from the rooftops every time I visit my dad because it always reminds me so deeply.
 
I have so much gratitude for the connection I have to my roots. I realize not everyone gets the chance to really see and explore where they come from. Connecting with my family, my history, and my culture has painted my world so deeply and so brightly.
And every time, I trace it back to “how did I get here?”
Because if I hadn’t fully forgiven my dad for not being around when I was a child, if I hadn’t released the woundedness that came from that experience, I wouldn’t have what feels like an entire world open to me now.
 
It’s such a reminder that forgiveness is one of the most powerful tools we have on our life-school journey, our co-creation journey. The energy of unforgiveness is heavy; it keeps the heart, the most magnetic space in our field, closed. But when we forgive and let go, we create space for massive possibility, for love to flow, and for miracles to unfold.
 
That goes for forgiving others, and just as importantly, forgiving ourselves.
 
It never ceases to amaze me, both in my own work and with my clients, how much we judge and hold against ourselves without even realizing it. Whenever I’m manifesting something at a new level, I almost always find a way I’ve been judging myself or resenting something. And when I do the work to release that, those manifestations show up with light speed.
 
Forgiveness work is weaved in to all of my programs and coaching because it is truly that powerful!
 
So much of our journey here is about remembering ourselves as our most magnificent, truest, highest selves, even amidst our human flaws and mistakes.
Practicing this level of relationship with yourself increases your power tenfold.

Your dream life does not = a perfect life.

We hear the term “manifest your dream life/business” all the time and yes, it is of course possible...

But your dream life will still come with its own set of challenges.

Higher income could mean higher expenses, bigger risks, and more responsibility.

The problems aren’t gonna disappear they simply evolve as you do and this is not something to be afraid of this is something to ebrace.

When you are a person who can handle it and when you are becoming the best version of yourself along side achieving your dreams it won’t be a big deal when things aren’t “perfect”.
