I worked out my back today and now it’s time for my evening fruit/vegetable juice.
People are afraid of eating fruit in fear that they’re going to gain weight, but too much of anything will have you gaining weight. Fruit is the source of many essential vitamins and vital nutrients!
All of the meal plans that I create for my clients have fruit on them and… do not require pills to see results 🤭🙅🏻‍♂️

So remember, everything in moderation!

We also offer personal training here at FitCamp💪
With my degree in Movement & Sports Science and 20 years of experience, I can put together the perfect routine to help you achieve your goals. Demonstration and knowledge is essential from your trainer so you can trust you’re in good hands & not going to injure yourself.
Each workout I develop is always going to feel challenging, yet doable.
