I worked out my back today and now it’s time for my evening fruit/vegetable juice.
People are afraid of eating fruit in fear that they’re going to gain weight, but too much of anything will have you gaining weight. Fruit is the source of many essential vitamins and vital nutrients!
All of the meal plans that I create for my clients have fruit on them and… do not require pills to see results 🤭🙅🏻‍♂️

So remember, everything in moderation!
