For those who weren't able to see it on Christmas Day, the Las Vegas Championship is finally on YouTube. Links to the semis and the finals below. If for nothing else, you HAVE TO watch for the AMAZING PRODUCTION VALUE! It's truly the BEST we've had of any tournament we've seen so far. Over 8 camera angles, action cuts, instant replays, and live commentary from high level dodgeballers. This is what the future of tournament production should head towards.

In November of 2019, we held the Las Vegas Dodgeball Championships as apart of SkillCon as presented by the Moxie Games. Teams battled it out to be crowned the victor. Also, players competed in the oh-so-fun dodge juggling event. The semis & finals of each event were professionally produced, shot, edited, and commentated.

We are excited to share that the footage is finally being broadcast this week! Be sure to catch teams Chocolate, L.A. Showtime - Dodgeball, Protect Ya Neck, and Weird Flex But Ok, as well as individuals including Andrew Ketchum, Dillon Clark-Oden and others in action throughout all of the dodgeball segments!

There will be 2 broadcasts: Christmas Eve at 9am PST / 12pm EST & Christmas Day at 2pm PST / 5pm EST.

Easiest way is to watch FREE on The Roku Channel: bit.ly/FTF228.

We don't have official start times, but all of the dodgeball programs will start about 60-90 minutes after the official start time of the day. The finals are in the final program of each day. (We'll try to keep track and post official times for the second broadcast.)

[03/12/20]   WDS would like to take this opportunity to address the COVID-19 situation.

In an effort to protect public health and slow the transmission of the COVID-19 virus, the California Department of Public Health issued a statement yesterday (see below) asking that public gatherings be postponed or cancelled for at least the remainder of the month of March.

Despite our best efforts, we simply cannot guarantee the health and safety of our players, nor do we want to facilitate the spread of the virus. For this reason, WDS will be suspending all league play for a minimum of two (2) weeks pending more information on the status and spread of the virus.

Credits for unplayed weeks may be requested by players who would prefer to sit out the remainder of the season. Please email your respective League Managers and/or the League Director for any questions or concerns.

Be smart + stay informed. Hope to see you on the courts again soon!
