Jumping from one “cleanse” or “cut” to another keeps your body in survival mode. Your hormones crash, your metabolism slows, and your body holds on to fat. Nourish to thrive — not just to shrink.



3️⃣ Poor Sleep Habits

Anything less than 7–8 hours means higher cortisol, slower recovery, and dull skin. Beauty sleep is real.



4️⃣ Too Much Cardio

Endless cardio elevates stress hormones and breaks down lean muscle. Mix it up: lift, walk, move smart.
