There’s a lot of detail in one specific move. Just like there is in surfing. It’s important when we train to make sure our training is high intensity with low impact. This will ensure best best results and Luke goes into detail to manage that. Here’s an example.

has been part of the smile high surf club for just over 5 months now. Here is a wave on his 7’0 soft top and one at the same break 3.5 months later. We are very excited to see what he can after a year being on our program.
No back side judo 🥋 airs were made on this trip but came awfully close on several occasions and .stedman can be clearly heard excited 😆 at attempts. Pretty awesome to think 3 years ago Sebastian was on a soft top. Plenty of made airs coming at you shortly.
how do you give yourself the best chance of a good first wave of the session? A good dynamic warmup will help. has been getting great results.

Nice to see the progression of some variety and flow in his bag of tricks. We have been working hard on completing waves and playing around with surfing above the lip. What’s next sub bloom? Air reverse ?

The Smile High Surf Club is so stoked with the response from every one who joined in on this challenge. We hope you all got some new moves that you can add into your routine and moves that have helped you build strength and mobility. Throwing another element into the mix. Tossing and catching the ball to enhance the hand eye coordination as well as making the body work harder to stabilize the position. Remember to breath and enjoy. Only one more day to go and you guys will have completed 3 weeks of movements. How awesome.
Standing on the ball is difficult so please be super careful. Make sure you can kneel on the ball before graduating to the standing position. If you can find a soft surface like grass or a matt then I would suggest doing it on this area. Remember go slow and breath through the process. Enjoy 😉
Guys this one is fantastic as it has a moving from front to back component as well as a strong 💪 multidirectional movement and you have to think 🤔 through the process so remember to breathe. This is a really fun movement and if you haven’t donne any thing like this before go slow and enjoy the process. Have fun with it.
