Been workin on my flexibility and mobility in both shoulders and elbows. Starting to scratch the surface of all the awesomeness that I'm so inspired by. Tons of kick ass people doing kick ass things. I hope to keep progressing!!!

TIPS: Spread your feet out to give yourself more balance, if needed. You can also start with balancing in the "push-up" position and holding that position. Then, work slowly towards full extension.

We didn't win last week. But I'm still a very proud coach. Shafikov (shown here in the video of the HBO broadcast) tried his best to take home the belt and told us afterwards that he felt like going another 4 or 5 rounds. Also, Kozaev (shown in the previous post at his weigh-in) fought relentlessly until the end. These guys have hearts of gold. Both fights ended by the opponents winning via decision. That's sports! Time to shake it off and move on to the next one! We're lookin forward to it!!! Much more to come...
