As a trainer, I’m always telling people growth happens outside the comfort zone… so I had to live it myself. Took on the Spartan Race to test my strength, endurance, grit, and mindset. Every obstacle was a reminder that progress isn’t always pretty—but pushing through builds confidence you can’t fake.

Fitness is not just about how much you can lift or how you look — it’s about how well your body performs across the board. A balanced training regimen develops strength, endurance, power, mobility, and control. Athleticism requires range. If you’re not training across disciplines, you’re limiting your potential. To call yourself an athlete means committing to growth across said disciplines.
