Coach mode meets mode. šš„
As a trainer, Iām always telling people growth happens outside the comfort zone⦠so I had to live it myself. Took on the Spartan Race to test my strength, endurance, grit, and mindset. Every obstacle was a reminder that progress isnāt always prettyābut pushing through builds confidence you canāt fake.
I donāt just coach fitness, I live it. Lead by example. Stay ready. Keep climbing. ONE DOWN, TWO TO GO! TRIFECTA HERE I COME!

I donāt just preach the process ā I live it, and I expect the same from my clients.
I may be tough, but Iām fair. I push you, I hold you accountable, and I donāt let you quit on yourself when it gets uncomfortable. Thatās where the real change happens.
No excuses. No shortcuts. Just structure, discipline, and real results.
Because motivation fades, but standards donāt.
Trust the process, trust the coaching, and watch what happens when you finally stay consistent.
