Have you ever felt as though you had a million things to do, but just couldn't get focused.enough to begin anything? That's where a good brain dump comes in!

Whenever I use this method, I feel more at ease because my thoughts are now in plain view, and I can begin making sense of them all.

Here is one quick way to brain dump!

1. Make a list of all of your thoughts that come to mind by using bullet points. (Some people give themselves a time limit for this step, but it is up to you.)

2. Read over your list, and group like items. For example, admin things like phone calls and emails can be put into a group.

3. Take your projects, like plan a trip to Mexico, and begin creating an action plan with small doable steps.

4. Schedule time in your day to get some of your items completed.

Remember, organization is not a sprint; it is a marathon. I'll create another post about using a trigger list to help with this process.
