Good Morning Athletes ‼️
What better way to start your day than with some rounds of classic exercises. Today’s WOD is sure to give your shoulders a burn and keep you on your toes.

Start off with 14 BURPEE BOX JUMP OVERS, pick an appropriate box height where you keep comfortable to go all out. Follow these up with 16 TOES TO RINGS and then 18 HAND STAND PUSH UPS. HSPU is a very intermediate exercise especially with the high range of repetitions. Alternatively you can do shoulder presses or different variations of push ups. Repeat this circuit for 6 ROUNDS.
