A lot of you have told me you want to join Tarot Academy, but that tuition is what has been standing in the way. I hear you!

So I’m opening 5 Tarot Academy scholarships for this October class.

If selected, tuition is $111 total or 2 payments of $55.50. I’ll personally read every application and choose the five students based on why you want to learn tarot, where you are right now, and the commitment you want to bring to the course.

Tarot Academy is an eight-week experience where you’ll learn to read the cards with actual technique and intuition, not just memorize a pile of keywords. You’ll get self-paced lessons, my full Course Companion, exercises, a student community, and biweekly live Q&A and practice sessions with recordings available.

You do not need to be available on October 10. The lessons open Saturday, and you can work through them on your own schedule.

Applications close Thursday 10PM PT. If you’re interested, DM me or email me and I’ll send you the application link. If you’re already on my email list, check your inbox because I just sent it out ✨

Before you reach for Google or the guidebook, try this:

1. Look at the card like it’s a scene in a movie.
2. Ask what’s happening.
3. Notice what your eye goes to first.
4. Ask what emotion the image gives you.
5. Pay attention to what feels important before you start trying to be “correct.”
6. Then connect that first impression with what you already know about the suit, number, or archetype.

That’s intuitive tarot reading!! The goal isn’t to ignore traditional meanings. It’s to stop treating tarot like a vocabulary test. You’re learning how to read the card, not just recite a definition!

Want to learn how to do this with all 78 cards? 📚🖤 Tarot Academy starts October 10!

Before you reach for Google or the guidebook, the card shows you the whole story.

The Fool isn’t watching where he’s going. He’s about to step off a cliff, and he looks pretty unbothered about it. There’s your first clue: he’s stepping into something new with innocence, curiosity, and a willingness to take a leap of faith.

But he isn’t alone! The dog shows companionship and support from his spiritual team. The mountains tell us the road won’t always be easy, while the sun brings that childlike brightness, optimism, and clarity. Even his clothing, little bag, and white flower add to the story.

See how much you can discover before looking up a single keyword?!

Learning tarot includes learning the traditional meanings, but I don’t want you so dependent on memorizing definitions that you stop actually LOOKING. The picture is speaking to you!!

If this helped something click, Tarot Academy is where we go deeper. Over eight weeks, I’ll teach you how to understand the cards, strengthen your intuition, connect cards into a story, and read for yourself and others with more confidence.

You’ll get self-paced video lessons, practice exercises, my Course Companion, a supportive student community, and live Q&A and practice sessions every other week, with recordings available! Plus my Tarot as a Side Hustle masterclass if you’re curious about taking your readings further.

Lessons open October 10, and you can work through them on your own schedule. Join for $297 or 3 monthly payments of $99. Book this week to unlock a specialized personal feedback on your first reading.

I had no idea picking up my first tarot deck would change my life.

At the time, I was a middle school English teacher trying to get through a really difficult season. Tarot gave me a way to slow down, listen to myself, and look at what was happening in my life from a different angle. I studied like my life depended on it (former teacher behavior 😅), started reading for other people, and eventually left teaching to read tarot for a living.

You do not have to want tarot to become your career for it to change something for you.

Maybe you want to pull a card without immediately Googling what it means. Maybe you want to trust what you notice in the imagery. Maybe you want to read for a friend and actually know how to connect the cards into a story. Or maybe you’re ready to meet other people who get why this matters to you.

That’s what we’re doing in Tarot Academy 🖤

Over eight weeks, I’ll guide you through the deck, intuition and the clairs, spiritual hygiene, reading techniques, spreads, and reading for yourself and others. You’ll have lessons you can work through at your own pace, a workbook I poured my teacher heart into, a private student community, and live office hours where you can bring your questions and practice with me. There will be replays, too.

Course access opens October 10. Tuition is $297 paid in full or three payments of $99.

And if you enroll by tomorrow, Sunday, October 4, I’ll include a free voice-recorded tarot reading from me. You can ask one or two questions.

If you’ve been thinking, “I want to learn to read like that,” come join us. Comment ACADEMY and I’ll send you the link ⭐️

Your prettiest tarot deck might actually be making tarot HARDER to learn 😅

And listen, I LOVE a pretty deck. I’ve owned more tarot decks than any human being reasonably needs.

But if you’re still learning, start with the Rider-Waite-Smith deck or a deck that stays pretty close to its imagery.

Why? Because the imagery is literally teaching you how to read the cards.

You can look at the Eight of Swords and SEE someone who feels trapped. You can look at the Ten of Pentacles and see the family, the home, the generations, the abundance. You’re not just memorizing keywords. You’re learning how the symbolism tells a story.

Once you understand that visual language, get whatever weird little deck your heart desires 🖤

But learn the language first! That’s also exactly how I teach tarot inside Tarot Academy. I don’t want you memorizing 78 definitions. I want you to actually know how to READ the cards.

Tarot Academy starts October 10! 🔮
