I don't have motivation.
For my entire fitness career, I often encounter the fact, that people can't find the purpose for which it is possible to change. They have no motivation, no desire to change their
lives.
What is motivation? Why does this topic work for some people, but for others it does not bring results?
On Wikipedia, the word "motivation" means:
"Motivation is an impulse to action, a psychophysiological process that controls a person's behavior and sets its direction, organization, activity, and stability. The ability of a person to actively meet their needs.»
Now let's draw conclusions.
If your actions do not bring a satisfactory result, then your motivation is not an incentive for you to act. In such cases, I recommend that you think and understand what will make you start to change for the better. And change your purpose.
As for the goals, they can be different, for example:
1) planned vacation
2) planned photo session event
3) an item of clothing 1-2 sizes smaller ( for example, I bought a prom dress 3 sizes smaller, and, I went to prom in this dress.)
4) a change of profession
5) joint goal with a friend/partner
6) health
7) moving
And much, much more...
This question should be approached carefully and responsibly because the result will depend on it!

In just 5 months, we've achieved incredible results with our disciplined, systematic approach and unwavering motivation. A huge shoutout to Dan for trusting us on this journey! Keep pushing forward! Here's a glimpse of what we've accomplished together:

1)Shed a remarkable 8kg of the fat component 🚴‍♀️
2)Whittled down 20cm from the back-chest area 💪
