Nothing sexier than being regulated AF 🤣

Your subconscious mind is MASTERFUL at avoiding anything it believes to be unsafe.

Its top priority is to keep you safe.

The issue is that your subconscious mind associates the unfamiliar with unsafe.

The problem is that many of our goals and desires fall into the unfamiliar category.

More visibility. More responsibility. Being different. Standing out. OMGGGG that’s scary to the subconscious.

That’s why we must rewire these programs so the mind doesn’t fear them any longer.

Being a powerful manifestor requires moving from being survival focused (stress & doing focused) to a creator (creation & being focused).

Most of the patterns we play out as adults were installed when we were very young. Long before we had an opportunity to decide if these patterns were beneficial.

Most people spend their entire lives living out the patterns from their younger self who didn’t know any better.

It’s our job as resourced adults to change the patterns and create liberation for ourselves and those we love.
