Mental Health Awareness
If we want to really help or really be a part of facilitating change in anything then you have be that change on a consistent basis, every thought, every action every word you speak matters,
I DID’NT MEAN IT, are the most overused words in the human language, YES YOU FU***NG DID, own it and do better, learn how not to be a DICK to people it’s not complicated.
Helping others for me starts with being conscious of my own actions on a daily bases, if we really want to help then it all starts with BEING A BETTER FU***NG HUMAN BEING and being a BETTER FU***NG HUMAN BEING to other HUMAN BEINGS
I am no saint, I have I’ve fu**ed up, made mistakes and made decisions in my life knowing they will hurt, upset or p**s others off, knowing I was being selfish knowing that that wasn’t a nice thing to do, sometimes these decisions worked out for me sometimes they didn’t (more often didn’t) but they ALWAYS affected the other person negatively at the time, there is always a CONSEQUENCE to your actions that someone else will feel, I still make these mistakes (although a lot less often) and when I do, I do not like the human being staring back at me in the mirror he’s a fu***ng ar****le, being a better human being isn’t about always making the right decisions it’s about taking the time to think about how your actions affect everyone around you not just yourself, when we start to do this and we start to put others first we start to make better decisions not just for yourself but for everyone around you, and guess what “you feel better”

Your actions and only your actions have the ability to create a better world around you
I honestly believe IF WE JUST MADE A CONSCIOUS EFFORT TO BE FU***NG NICER TO EACH OTHER then the world would be a better place for all of us....
Simplistic I know but in my humble opinion one of the best ways to help others is to start by being aware of your contribution to the human race... IS IT A POSITIVE ONE?
