This is a symbolic gesture in that I have been quiet and reclusive, not using social media for the last few years. As part of my return, I participated in a summit of educators to share knowledge about lowering one's biological age, the age your body is functioning at, which may be different than your chronological age. One is how old you are and the other is how old you feel. But there are measurable means by which to determine how old we are biologically.

I just completed a lecture tour in Paris, Corsica and Amsterdam. One of my greatest experiences was the opening of Nina's center in Paris. She is helping women come to better understand what it is to be feminine by joining a community or women. I presented at her first event. There were women from all over the world. It was happily memorable. Now I am taking a few days to relax in north eastern Scotland before coming home to the USA. Amazingly, the best ice cream in the world is up here.

Does any one have some suggestions for great places to play in and around Athens, Greece? I am staying the weekend and have no concrete plans for a hotel or activities. Any great little inns, b and b's hotel, islands, holy places, etc. I would love some input that helps me enjoy the city and that helps me get out of the city. thank you.

Going to sleep under the Athenian moon tonight as I am lecturing to a group of CEOs in Greece this week. So much stress is going on in this country. 22% unemployment. I have been asked to help these powerful and concerned executives lower their stress levels so they can help their employees, their companies and their nation. I love being in Greece. Its my 6th time. Every one looks like me. Or maybe I look like them. I feel right at home as my Moroccan heritage helps me fit right in. Consider how blessed you are not to live in a society suffering with such high unemployment rates. We have much to be grateful for.

I worked with some folks in Turkey today also. Best darned desserts on the planet. I would go back to Turkey just to east their beautiful salads and desserts. The last time I worked in Turkey a 24 year old (or young) man proposed marriage to me. He had to look up the words in the English/Turkish dictionary. He didn't realize that I had a daughter his age. Ahh, the romance of work related travel.

spent a long time reading the newsfeed on FB tonight. What amazed me most was how creative we all her. Works of art, of word, video, sound, pictures, photographs, were falling toward me as if a great waterfall was bearing its power into them. With so much grace flowing through and from us, it surprises me that we have not yet changed everything in the world that we want to have changed. We truly have the power within us.

Sometimes, when its pre-dawn and the night is quiet, the moment is lonely. It doesn't matter how successful you are, how wealthy, how many friends you have or how effective your impact on the lives of others, A lonely moment is something the most popular people feel, the most famous and powerful.
