My Go-To Tips for Stress-Free Meals! And Better Digestion!
As a nutrition and mindset expert, I’m always looking for ways to help my clients improve digestion and reduce stress. One of the best times to calm your body and mind is right before you eat. Here are a few simple tips I always recommend:
1️⃣ Gratitude: Take a moment to think of 3 things you’re grateful for and why. This helps boost oxytocin and gets your body ready to relax and digest.
2️⃣ Breathing: Just 3–5 deep belly breaths can make a huge difference. I love using square breathing: inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 4, and hold for 4. It’s such a great way to calm your nervous system and improve digestion!
3️⃣ Visualization: Picture a warm, healing light in your belly. This calming image can help optimize digestion and make you feel more at ease.
