MY BEST THREE CAREGIVER FACTS I WANT TO SHARE.

2. BUILD YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEMS.

“Building a community of caregivers for support was the only way I knew to cope. I began sharing our journey.”

3. FINDING YOUR PURPOSE.

I found fulfillment in teaching what I had learned along [caregiver] the journey. It gave the pain a purpose. I found other caregivers who were living through what I’m going through.”

As a professional and personal caregiver, I’ve learned NO situation is similar when caring for someone. HOWEVER, what is consistent is how you care for YOU.
So I will repeat my mantra:
“ Who cares for the Caregiver? YOU do. “
