Here's a few pictures from our last urban run at Hermosa Beach. Shown running here with Adam, Gil, and Ben. With over 1 mile of rock scrambling, and a mile of sand running, this run is a killer workout for striding, Quadrapedal movement, and precision work.
Awesome run last night guys- It's the cloudy nights that are the most spectacular in the city. It was like the city was empty just for us and for the filming of the batman movie. We took a good 10 minute break to slide down an escalator plate...over an over- endless fun. Plus the monkeying about on the steel lattice was an added bonus, and we got some great pictures to prove it.
For all interested, we will have a student photographer come out to shoot our run tomorrow night in the city. It should be a beautiful fall night, and perfect for night shots.

Thanks to everyone for making the summer runs so fun. Now that it is getting darker sooner, we will be meeting sooner in the evenings. I'll be updating the next set of runs on meetup.com.
What a beautiful rainy day- perfect for street sliding.
