Putting 5lbs of lean muscle tissue on your body will take up 70-80% less space than 5lbs of fat while protecting your bones and making you look great! In addition, that added muscle will take more energy to maintain thus increase your metabolism and burn more body fat!


You don't need a gym membership. Exercise can be done anywhere, anytime using almost anything. Put the excuses away and get your workout in!


Make a comittment to being the best you can be both physically and spiritually!

Is taste so important that you are willing to slow down your metabolism, decrease energy levels and put on more body fat? Sugar. Honey. Maple syrup. Molasses. High fructose corn syrup. All of these are “added sugars,” and you are probably eating -- and drinking – too much of them.

1) Half of your serving/plate should be fruits and vegetables, especially dark green, red and orange vegetables plus beans and peas.

2) Make at least half of your grains whole. Choose 100% whole grain breads, pasta and brown rice.

3) Vary your protein choices but most importantly, have some protein food with every meal! Eat a variety of foods from the protein food group such as seafood, nuts and beans as well as lean meat, poultry and eggs.

Bio – Mitch Harrington – Fitness Professional I believe life is about momentum. If you look back at your greatest moments or achievements of your life it usually involved courage and taking action! My start as a fitness professional started way before I became a certified personal trainer. As a three sport athlete at South Milwaukee high School I was definitely not the most gifted athlete. In fact I was one of the smallest in stature wrestling at 98lbs as a freshman in high school! Weight training was the answer for me to even the playing field at an early age. I I was able to overcome my size disadvantage and compete in football and baseball. When I came across the “end” of my athletic career in my first year of college, I discovered a huge void for my competitive hunger. What am I going to do now? It was a logical transition for me to train to compete in amateur bodybuilding at the state and then national level. This is where I learned the power of consistency for working out, the discipline of eating right and maintaining a healthy lifestyle year round. YOUR MISSION IS OUR MISSION The purpose of our training programs is to improve your health and overall life performance. Our research and development has been aimed at creating programs to assist you in reaching your goals regardless of your background in physical fitness.
