Healing Through Yoga: Support for Families of Murder Victims 🕊️

Grief after losing a loved one to violence can feel overwhelming, isolating, and endless. At times like these, it’s important to remember: you don’t have to walk this path alone.

We are offering specialized yoga therapy sessions designed specifically for families who have lost a loved one to homicide. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation, we create a safe, nurturing space where you can:
