The Pilates Guillotine is an apparatus that enhances your foundation, challenges imbalances and improves strength. There are subtle adjustments that can help you discover a deeper connection to your body. This mini workshop will introduce the Guillotine, compare exercises that are adapted to the Cadillac, and push the level of difficulty.
Workshop runs 90 minutes and is in-person or virtual. Make sure to choose your option when signing up.
Online sign-up cut-off time is 90 minutes before class.
