Vegan Orange & Poppyseed Muffins π
Makes 6
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of wholemeal flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup of orange juice
3/4 cup of nut milk of your choice
1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
2 orange zests
1 tbsp of poppyseeds
Steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius
2. Line a muffin tray with muffin cases.
3. In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients and mix it gently together.
4. Pour in your muffin tray and cook for 20-25 minutes at 175 degrees.
