April has officially been the longest month of my life.
1. Filming new content for upcoming website changes

I’ve been working with women online and in person for the last decade and can tell you that the most people are not making massive changes in four weeks.

Most people barely know how to hit their protein in four weeks.
It takes time to learn new habits, develop new skills, lose body fat and put on lean tissue.

Not saying you won’t see any changes in four weeks!! You absolutely can - but if we’re talking about getting ready for your wedding and you don’t feel anywhere near where you’d like to be - you’re going to need to give me 6-8 months.

This is what I did for myself and this is what I do for my wedding prep clients UNLESS they feel 90% ready - then I still usually ask for 3 months of their time.

I’m the kind of trainer that wants you to get results in a sustainable way so 6 months post wedding you’re able to say you maintained what you built.
