I promised Jean Jacques Machado Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy Iโd never cheat on him but I couldnโt help it lol. These mats lift my soul. All bad days are in the rear view after an hour in here. Thereโs something so euphoric about pain, suffering and agony. This place does just that to me.
Today we had a zoom lesson with one of our Jean Jacques Machado Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy Professors, Jay Zeballos. We hope it's not long before we get to see him face to face, but right now, we are thankful for technology providing us the opportunity to keep learning from the best.

I have recently been learning Jiu Jitsu and it has been changing my life. One of my favorite parts is having to release any idea of results and allow the surprise results to just happen. I have no idea what I am going to learn and am often blindsided by what shows up. โฃโฃโฃโฃ
