First day with our elite 1 and love it !
Just bought a new Elite Liberty, 2nd time out the top ball wheel came loose on axle, upon inspection found the plastic hub had cracked (but was able to tighten allen screw to get wheel working). Contacted Lobster here on messenger, they directed me to get my serial # and contact them. Talked to Joel in customer service, could not have been a more pleasant experience. He's had several years in the production line before joining customer service, Kudo's to Lobster for using folks so experiences with the (literal) nuts-n-bolts. :) He explained something like this isn't impossible, but very rare - maybe 1 case per hundreds and hundreds of units shipped. Was quick to get my info and get a new wheel out same day, should be here in time for some weekend practice! Having worked in the retail sector some time ago, I really appreciate such attention to customer service, quite refreshing. Thanks, Lobster!
Excellent customer service. The C clip on the elevation shaft fell off. Lobster answered my call promptly and mailed me a new one promptly. My Elite Liberty works very well.

Good afternoon from Northville Michigan . I wanted to share my personal story on how my Lobster Elite machine has dramatically improved my tennis game.
A solid 4.0 player for the last 8 years and always looking for ways to improve the finer points of my game. I purchaesd my Lobster machine back in April , as I was preparing to defend my Michigan state title in the Senior Olympics In the 60-64 yr old age group .
Because I have been keeping a record of every tennis match , swim workout , long distance run or cycling event since 1978 , I logged over 6,300 balls for my event
The Lobster Machine was my answer !
On August 14 th and after 5 matches over a 2 day period , I was defeated my good friend Gary Holland from Escanaba, MI 6-4 6-4 in a 2hr 54min to win the gold medal !
I am now qualified for the Senior Olympic Nationals next June in BirminGuam , Alabama
BTW I will be shipping my Lobster Machine to Alabama to bring the gold home to Michigan!
