Leadville: The 100 Mile Mountain Bike Race Podcast, p/b Floyd's of Leadville: S3E09: Reba Rusch: The Queen of Pain & Positivity

Nice work done by Michael Hotten! I enjoyed speaking about overuse injuries in cycling and a few tips to ‘head ‘em’ off at the pass’. With the return to more activity, and possibly some deconditioning, I am happy to discuss more ways to bulletproof the body! The Leadville 100 MTB Race has been canceled for 2020, so Hottie and Fatty take a moment to acknowledge and be sad about this loss. However, while you're adjusting to your new normal, we've got a great guest and a way to scratch that competitive itch...all while doing something good. Rebecca Rusch j...

[05/01/20]   I have a couple of updates for current and potential patients:
1. Telehealth visits for both established and new patients are now a consistent option!
2. In-person visits are slowly going to be phased in, with strict precautions and policies followed.
3. Medicare has FINALLY authorized physical therapy to provide telehealth. SO, for any of our older crew who is cooped up and not feeling great, we can officially offer services.

During this difficult time, it is actually an amazing opportunity to 'shore up weaknesses' that have been accumulating over the years, OR deal with the new injuries from all of the 'home video/zoom exercise classes!'

Give us a call to see how we can help!
