Rented a airbnb for 1 month in Tulum Mexico. Feels so good to be outside connected to nature. Bf came to visit for few days and planned all kind of super fun activities for us. I needed this, feeling like myself again 🌊

Here are a few tips to pump yourself up:
Visualize yourself exercising. Not as a faint ideas far away. See it in vivid colors, big image, HD, Zoomed in, big bold imagery. See yourself crushing it imagine yourself pushing, sweeting, getting strong and feeling good. 💦
Think of all you have to gain from doing it. You can talk yourself IN or OUT of pretty much anything so convince yourself by remembering all you have to gain by honoring your word and promise to self « I will take better care of me »

This is one of my favorite exercises for legs/glutes the higher the bench the more activation you will get. You can level up by adding in some curls or just go heavy and focus on the legs glutes no curls. Mix it up! [07/24/20] I remember this like it was yesterday. I was so happy because I could never to this before not even 1 rep ZERO. Then I started working on my grip. I added 4 wrist/grip strengthening exercises to my routine and in just a few weeks there I was. Strength training is amazingly effective! #trainwithOnika #personaltrainerdtla #dtlapersonaltrainer

#Mealprep #kitchenhacks you can also freeze some of it if needed. Meal prep doesn’t mean you need to cook all of your meals all at once. Pre cutting some of your staple veggies like onions, pepper , garlic for the week can be a real time savers. Pre peeling and chopping allows you to make your meals faster and has you doing less cleaning overall. I also like cook a batch of wild rice and or quinoa in advance and voila.
