Well, if you do it the right way… without the aid of injections, pills or magic tricks… you can say that it involved a lot of dedication, a lot of time, a lot of work and not looking back.
The efforts invested into such a journey should not be measured in how long it took you to reach the goal… but the fact that you reached it, is truly all that matters.

Other times you are clear about what you should achieve, but there are so many things to do that you don’t know where to start. In these situations, where you are stuck, the best solution is simply to take the first step.
Take the first step. The only choice you have is to keep going or stop. No gray areas.
Choose to change for better! It’s never too late and you literally don’t need anything other than a set of dumbbells, some basic cooking skills and the willingness to learn. That’s it.
