This fun, full bodyweight workout is a pyramid drop-set. This 15 min circuit workout consist of just 5 moves, starting with 10 reps each for round ten, 9 reps each for round nine, 8 reps each for round eight... all the way to the last round for just 1 rep for each move. As you complete each round, you leave knowing each proceeding round will now be less, and less. If you just accomplished that round, then your mind knows it can do the next round because it's less. It's a great mind trick and if you have a difficult time completing workouts then this workout is for you!

Hi! My name is Mark Nelson I live in Los Angeles California and I have been personal training and helping people change their lives now for over 20 years.
My love of fitness began in Colorado where I grew up. I was passionate about racing bikes and extreme outdoor sports. When I started going to the gym I went to better my body to build strength & muscle, and to become aware how my body works in peak condition. I started with cardio and basic body weight balancing movements such as planks, sit-ups, push ups and pull-ups. Over time I transitioned to weight bearing movements, gradually increasing the resistance and weights as my form and performance improved. My body quickly transformed as I put on 20lbs of lean muscle. My endurance felt unstoppable. I could push for much longer periods of time and at an extremely elevated pace with much more ease. I felt secure, strong and unstoppable in my new body. The best part was my performance in bike racing and extreme sports exploded! My body felt amazing and my confidence increased. There was no turning back.
Of course, there were injuries along the way, some serious with my extreme sports. But because of my training and conditioning, my body was able to recover quickly and easily. I wanted to share what I’d learned with others. So I moved to Oregon and worked closely with a mentor, learning everything I could about proper training, form, safety, and protocol for myself and others.
For 20 years now I have been a successful, certified personal trainer. I have trained hundreds of clients— celebrities, men, women, and kids—helping each of them reach their unique fitness goals. Whether you just want to just feel better, build muscle, build endurance, lose weight, recover post injury/rehab, or just look your best, I can help. Even if you’ve never worked out before, I promise that your workout will be fun, and I’ll guide you through it until it becomes second nature. If you want to tone or increase muscle I’ll design an intense workout to help you build the body you desire. If you want to lose weight, I’ll guide you through a rewarding cardio workout to wake up and speed up your metabolism. Whatever your fitness goals maybe I am here and would love to work with you!
