Are you doing your planks correctly?

How-to plank in 2020:

1. Avoid raising your hips too high.
3. Form a straight line from shoulders to toes.
4. Keep hips in line with your shoulders and heels.
5. Squeeze your fists firmly to help activate muscles in the forearms, biceps and shoulders.
6. Brace your core.
7. Clinch your butt heels together.

Once traditional planks are mastered move onto plank variations that incorporate body movement.
