As a personal trainer i always hear from Most girls that they just want to shape their lower body - glute and thighs , because of that they don't want to workout on the upper body muscles, but that is not a way to lose fat and get in to fit by training just the body part we want to shape, unfortunately we can't choose from where our body will burn fat, so the best option is to train all the muscle groups lower and upper body in order to increase lean muscle mass and by that make fat burning process in the body more efficient !
Ps.
Women's always afraid that if they'll do weight training they'll look like mens and grow big, so as far for that women's don't have enough fromthe hormone testosterone in their body (unless rare genetics developed women's) so with out "help" from outside source (anabolic steroids), they can't really go big as man if they keep clean nutrition and train hard , just to get leaner and burn fat 💪
