Being a first time mom and gaining weight is tough. After attending a birthday party in April and taking a picture I realized how much weight I gained. So in May I started my weight loss journey.
It was tough to schedule my regular hardcore workouts with a breastfeeding baby. But 5 months later I have lost the pregnancy weight now I’m on a mission to loose the extra weight gain.

Exercising while Pregnant is an experience in itself. My Signature Workouts helped me focus on 4 main goals.
1. Increase and maintain strength and endurance.
2. Have a shorter labor.
3. Train my child while in the womb to enhance their physically active capabilities.
4. Have a vaginal birth.

While pregnant I would do Low Level Interval Training Before I did my Signature Cardio Dance workouts. Doing a pre-workout gave my body that extra boost of energy I needed to fight the hormonal fatigue.
