Today marks the final procedure in my recovery journey from a hit-and-run injury that occurred years ago while I was biking in downtown LA. Thanks to the incredible team at Los Angeles Orthopedics Specialist Center, I’ve completed the third set of shots into my spine and hip and am now at about 99% recovery!
This life changing incident is one of the core motivations behind my mantra "Make your moments count, they will not repeat.” aka "Make Em Count"
A clear eye opener to how life can literally change, for anyone, in an instant.
