Photo dump of the week. After watching the movie Nine Days, I started to look a little closer at all the moments in my life, little tiny moments, this week I did a lot of solo exploration and visited a new place everyday. Below are the moments I didn’t take a picture of because they were a different kind of magic:

and I thought of this story when we were both living in NY in 2013 and experiencing some hard core “look in the mirror”‘moments in our lives. We both went to the same energy healer (shoutout to Bryce Kennedy ) and we were meeting our shadows, practicing self compassion, and learning about what it meant to re parent before the term reparenting became well known. Now Jillie created an amazing kundalini program and we drunketh the kool aid of non stop evolving of our inner beings.

I am so grateful to you Jillie. You are my soul friend and you taught me to heal myself in new ways 🔮

My dad was an energetic healer and I remember feeling embarrassed to tell my friends at school when they asked what my dad did for a living.

We decided it was time to share our first little short film that was ahead of it’s time and we hope that it brings you warmth, laughter, and some wide eyed reflection.

Oh and IT’S a COMEDY! Because who are we if we don’t make fun of crystals sometimes!?
