As we get older, balance doesnโt improve on its own โ weโve got to train it.
Todayโs session focused on single-leg strength and plyometrics: single-leg jumps, double-leg squat jumps, and weighted bag work for added resistance. We wrapped it up with some serious core training.
Strong effort from everyone today โ keep showing up and getting better! ๐ฅ

Back at it again on the beach with these amazing people. Remembering to surround myself with people who only want the absolute best for me and themselves is what life continues to show me.

95% of folks are successful when they practice 3rd party accountability Zone Heart Rate training at 52. During my fitness journey tracking my calorie burn with a heart rate monitor and with group fitness has kept me accountable.
