In-person Alexander Technique for Actors begins in February! Learn to heighten presence, gain freedom, and release unwanted habits in your work with this course taught by our AmSAT certified Alexander Technique teachers, Jennifer Schulz & Nick George.

This eight-week course is designed specifically for the actor and offers the foundational tools of The Alexander Technique with a focus on the unique challenges that performers face. 🎭 A practical approach to alleviate performance related stress, experience more authenticity, and enjoy more ease and comfort in your body, this class offers highly personalized attention and individual hands-on work with both and in a live, small group setting. ✨

DATES: Thursdays, February 9th, 16th, 23rd, March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th from 8pm to 10pm at our Los Angeles studio.
