A challenging and fun hip abduction/mobility/strength exercise. I always like a challenge 😉💪🏼
Combining core strength with hamstring lengthening and work and hip activation.
Awe the reformer... fun times. 💥
You could work your hip mobility on the floor!
🔹start in TT quadruped position lift left leg behind you parallel and right arm forward (long spine and engaged foot flexed)
🔹several rounds 👆🏼 (bird/dog or spinal balance) each side
🔹then from there being leg out to the side (arm as well for more challenge) lateral, keep leg up hip level as best you can.
🔹alternate sides and maybe add leg lifting up and down 3 times. 💥
It will make you 💦 sweat!
