🚨Want to Lose Weight / Burn Fat but don’t know where to start?🚨

😞What makes it suck even more is when you google “How to lose weight” you’ll find a sea of information that is usually one of the following
1. A pitch to buy a product / supplement
2. A new ”diet” that calls for unreasonable demands for your current lifestyle
3. A “get RIPPED in ONLY ONE week” program that won’t get you ripped in one week
☝🏼But in reality, it can actually be very simple; once you get down to the root of what causes your body to Lose Weight / Burn Fat
🌱The principle behind weight loss is energy balance: Calories In & Calories Out
💡If you eat less than you need, you’ll lose weight
1️⃣ Find: Total Daily Energy Expenditure
2️⃣ Subtract 500
3️⃣ Pick a Ratio of Macronutrients
4️⃣ Put FULL EFFORT into staying under that number and eating those amounts of macronutrients EVERYDAY for a couple of weeks.
☝🏼If your weight drops, keep it up
If it doesn’t then subtract another 100 and repeat step 4
📈The process can be faster/easier, if you
▪️FOCUS on Building GOOD HABITS by paying attention to the small decisions you make EVERYDAY
▪️Incorporating Resistance Training
▪️Plan meals ahead of time so you don’t get stuck thinking about what to eat end up making a decision you end up regretting
▪️Use a calorie counting APP
🐼Bear in mind
▫️Make note of your BMR by using an online calculator to ensure you’re eating enough to support cellular health and function = normal organ function
▫️It is a marathon not a sprint
▫️Sometimes it might take a few attempts at different macronutrient ratios to see the results you’re looking for
▫️I’m not saying the diets on the left don’t burn fat. They do, but they can also make you gain. My point I’m trying to get across is the principle of burning fat -
