I hate exercise. It makes me feel stupid and sweaty and I've spent decades avoiding it. But a few years ago I was feeling so crappy with a list of little (not huge) ailments like headaches, post-birth stuff, a weak ankle that kept me from wearing high heels (the horror!), and after seeing doctors and a therapist I landed in a Pilates studio. It was the very first time I kinda liked moving my body in a purposeful, healthy way. ⭐️ After just a few classes, it was clear that my body had been on autopilot almost all of my life. I lived almost exclusively from the shoulders up. Fletcher Pilates - something new to me. And Kerri is the bomb here in L.A.. I had no idea I'd be training Fletcher style when I arrived at the Pilates Body Shop. Before I knew it I was presented with the Red braided Ron Fletcher workout towel and found myself standing upright in front of the large mirrors - i mean to say: Standing UPRIGHT! Then using the towel to perform exercises - the simple towel began to feel like a ten pound weight. On and on, I wish I had had a chance to meet Mr. Fletcher. But I got as close as one could get with Kerri. Thanks sweetheart. You're a fabulous teacher. 🍎😻😘
