Today is my b-day but we started celebrating it yesterday at Dave and Buster's Hollywood.
It's nice that people who work here are always amazing esp the guy working at the Virtual reality area around 8pm and Tee I thnk is her name the girl where u exchange your points. They are really very helpful, accomodating and friendly. They help you out and answer your queries in the best way. I have always been a fan of how Dave and Buster's select their people. Thank u for my making my special day extra special Dave and Buster's Hollywood!☺️😘❤️

Hi, I saw that there had been WWE events and Raw watch parties there. I am excited for the new company that is starting AEW that will be on TNT starting in the fall, do you guys plan on having that on as well? It's always more fun to watch with a crowd.

We enjoyed the new menu changes. Avocado toast and being able to sub zucchini noodles for pasta. Really happy with the healthier options. Thank you!

I'm not sure Tre's title, but I need to brag on him.

Last night, we hosted a surprise 50th birthday party for a friend of mine, at your Hollywood location. Tre was one of the two folks taking care of us in ROOM 3. I just need to say how awesome and fantastic he was. His smile alone lit up the room and added to our experience.

He was fantastic at everything he did--from taking care of all the guests and standing on chairs to take group pictures. When I asked where the restroom was, he didn't just tell me, but WALKED me there--a sign of someone who truly "gets" customer service.

Aside from all of his great service, his overall attitude and vibe just glowed so much. I remember him running around taking care of things, and he just had this big, genuine, smile the entire time. This may be one of the "little things," and something I only caught for a few seconds when I wasn't socializing, but this made a HUGE difference. Tre is truly and asset to D&B and is a great example for all. I hope this message makes it to the corporate management, local management and Tre himself. Thanks for a really fun night.

Sunday Night Slow Jams

Management here doesnt treat loyal customers right. I'm a huge fan of the DDR arcade game and have been trying to make a visit once a week loading up hundreds of credits on my card since they got this game 2 years ago. I'm willing to sit in LA traffic and pay the ridiculous Hollywood parking prices just to get some games in on my free time.

What's frustrating are the amount of times management will approach me or other players for "hogging the machine." Tonight there were about 15 of us lined up to get some games in and without question, we were told to stop hogging the machine and let other people play... Uhh.. I thought we were customers too? We were all waiting in line and rotating like we usually do.. but god forbid a ton of DDR fans wanted to pump money into this machine this one night. The "complainers" never even made their presence known, no one asked anyone of us if they could play next. Instead they just assumed we wouldnt let them play and went to complain to management who assumed the same thing.

I feel like as loyal customers, we are instead treated as loiters who deliberately refuse to share the arcade with other patrons. Management automatically takes the side of the single casual and without question - without getting our side of the story, flexes their "authority muscle" all over us like we're a bunch of kids who did something wrong.

I love coming here, I love spending time playing the game I enjoy the most but if we continue to get treated like a nuisance then we'll gladly move on and take our business to Round One in the future instead.
