It is during this month 12 years ago that I started supporting new mamas during their postpartum days. I remember holding those first little humans and thinking how am I going to be the support they need. But babies do have a way of teaching us how things should be done.
There’s magic about witnessing what we women go through when we become mothers. Our struggles are real and also the daily roller coaster of emotions.
I am beyond grateful and blessed for every mama and families I’ve had the honor to support and I look forward to many more!! ✨💫⭐️🤍

Breastfeeding is the biological and natural norm for mothers and babies, but that doesn’t mean it is always easy.
As the months go by and the time to give birth approaches you start thinking about breastfeeding and fall in love with how simple and easy it looks like.
Get informed about all the wonderful benefits and also the challenges.
Do not worry if for whatever reason it turns challenging.
It takes practice and dedication to get it right.
It’s about finding the right support and resources and creating a plan that will work for you.
Let’s normalize breastfeeding and see it as a unique beautiful and sometimes challenging experience that differs from mama to mama.
Remember: the right thing is what works for you and your baby. ♡✨

I've learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.
I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles these three things:
a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights.
I've learned that regardless of your relationship with your parents, you'll miss them when they're gone from your life.
I've learned that making a 'living' is not the same thing as 'making a life'.
I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance.
I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands; you need to be able to throw some things back.
I've learned that whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision.
