As a frequent business traveler, I’m at a loss at how awful some people act when things go wrong with airlines. After a mechanical delay caused everyone to deplane, I watched people line up to attack the gate agents.
Folks, unless you know how to fly a plane and happen to have one handy, sit the f**k down, shut up and attempt to show some patience and restraint. Yes, it sucks, for all of us. But I guarantee you it’s not the gate agent’s fault and, no matter how much you scream at them, it will not fix the issue. Ruining someone else’s day will not make yours better.

I understand that uses customer service from outside the country to cut costs, but you’d think they would train their team on current events and proper terminology. Wow, talk about triggering for just about any American right now! 😖🫠🇺🇸
