3. Call them up and have a conversation about them about what they offer, how they can meet your needs, prices, etc.. You can learn A LOT about a studio based on how they interact with you on the phone.
4. Narrow down the list based upon your phone conversation and try out the top three to five to see how they feel to you. A studio will either FEEL RIGHT OR NOT.
5. Choose the one that feels right. But make sure you're basing that on the research, phone call, and personal experience trying them out.

You're working out hard and consistently but not getting where you want as far as body changes?
First, kudos to you for working out. Your body is benefiting hugely at the physiological level and your health is improving. I'm proud of and (impressed by) your commitment which, statistically, most people don't demonstrate.

We will be celebrating the conclusion of our most recent Balanced Habits 28 Day Kick Start by featuring two very special Guest Speakers (and Arena Fitness family members) Gregg Garfield and AJ Johnson.
You may recognize their names from an interview that we did with them last year, but Gregg was Patient 0 for COVID-19 here in the San Fernando Valley. In fact, he was California's first documented COVID patient and spent over two months in the Intensive Care Unit, a month of which was on a respirator, and battled through multiple organ failures and other life-threatening events before ultimately overcoming the ravages of the disease.
Their story is entitled "Victim to Victor, and is one of potential tragedy that they transformed into one of inspiration, overcoming adversity, and beating overwhelming odds through sheer grit, support and love for each other, their community and medical team, and never giving up hope.
We are excited to invite you to join us for an evening of gratitude, rewards, laughter, and a celebration of achievement.
