May the Gold I wear surround me/us as a symbol of prosperity, peace, and the steady flow of abundance not just for ourselves, but for our community and for the world we are tending together.
May what we call in be rooted in care.
May what we build be shared.
May this year bring health to our bodies, clarity to our hearts, and nourishment to the places that need it most.
祝大家新年兴旺、富足安康
Wishing all a prosperous, abundant, and healthy New Year.

February is the month of love
and this is not your ordinary Valentine’s gift.
One woman recently used this Love Kit to create a sensual, tantric-inspired evening for her and her partner.
Not about performance or positions, but eye gazing, slow touch, intention, and presence.
She invited him to carve a power word into the candle.
She soaked in a ritual bath with the herbs and oils.
Together, they shared something intimate, reverent, and deeply connective.
He later said he had never experienced anything like it.
That’s the magic these Love Spell Kits hold.
They can be used:
✨ as a sensual ritual for couples
✨ or as a self-love ceremony to nourish your own heart
✨ and to call in the love you know you deserve
💌 A truly unique Valentine’s gift

From the kitchen, with intention 🍫
I’ve been making chocolate for many years now, blending cacao with carefully chosen adaptogens, and sometimes sprinkling a little magick into the mix.
This work truly began while caring for my father during his journey with brain cancer. After three brain surgeries in under two years, he was left paralyzed and struggling emotionally. In an effort to support him, I began working with curated blends of turkey tail and other medicinal mushrooms, focusing on nervous system support, mood, and resilience. What unfolded was profound he regained mobility, his spirits lifted, and I was able to walk beside him with greater presence during his recovery.
Out of love, devotion, and lived experience, Chaga Mama was born, an offering created to help tend the heart, manage stress, and support overall well-being.
Each batch is made slowly and with deep intention. As the chocolate melts and the adaptogens are folded in, I surround the mixing bowl with heart-frequency binaural beats, working alongside pure quartz and rose crystals, allowing their resonance to infuse the chocolate as it comes together. It’s a ritual of sound, frequency, and care, a quiet moment of devotion held within the process.
Current flavors available for Valentine 💘 orders:
• Cajeta Cacao Nib
• Strawberry Crunch
• Rose Pistachio
• Milk Chocolate Honeycomb
• Chili Mole’ Dark Chocolate
All chocolate is fair trade, organic, and sourced from Belgium.
Adaptogenic blends may include:
Shatavari • Ashwagandha • Cordyceps • Turkey Tail • Reishi • Chaga and maybe even some magick….
These chocolates are not about fixing, they are about nourishing, softening, and remembering what it feels like to be held.
Chocolate as ritual.
Cacao as companion.
Healing as something we practice with care.

💖 THE HEART AMULET RITUAL
Intimate Women’s Ceremony | 6 Spaces Only
There’s something in the air right now that gently stirs the heart, an invitation to slow down and become more intentional about how and where we place our love.
With Venus in mind today with it’scurrent alignment and its transcendence into the evening star of love asking us to tend the heart with care, I’m opening space for a small ceremonial gathering:
💖 The Heart Amulet Ritual 💖
We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, prepared in advance from whole cocoa beans sourced from a plantation in Brazil. The cacao will be offered as a way to arrive, soften, and come into the body.
From there, we’ll move into a heart-opening ceremony, creating space to listen inwardly before we begin our hands-on work.
After the ceremony, each woman will create a heart amulet, a devotional object assembled slowly and with intention.
Each heart amulet will be filled with:
• Small charms
• Stones and talismans
• Herbs and petals
• Anointing oils
• Words, prayers, or names
These amulets are meant to hold love, remembrance, devotion, healing, or whatever the heart is ready to tend at this time.
This gathering is limited to six women only, as I have six Love Ritual Kits available for this ceremony.
💖 Exchange
• $66 per person
• $33 ceremony fee
• Total: $99
✨ Ceremonial cacao included
✨ Heart-opening ceremony
✨ All materials provided
✨ Date mid February to be announced soon
It’s a moment to listen to the heart and give it form.
If this speaks to you, message me HEART to express interest.

Solstice Blessings to all who honor the turning of the wheel. As a mix of both Irish and Mexican/ Yaqui I have learned to weave all the various honoring into one meaningful@celebration. Tonight I meet fireside with sisters new and old to consciously let go of what no longer serves us, and work with the light codes to intentionally vision forward what we seek in the 2026 year. Potent medicina for these times.

NIGHT OF THE MOTHERS
The first night of Yule also echoed in Christmas Eve honors the ancient Anglo-Saxon Mōdraniht, Mother’s Night. This sacred evening venerates the Mothers: a holy, often triple-aspected feminine presence linked to fertility, protection, and renewal.
Known across cultures as the Dísir, Matres, and Matronae, these Mothers were guardians of hearth, home, and lineage, holy midwives of both womb and tomb. Offerings of fruits, nuts, incense, and pigs were made in gratitude, and the serpent stood as their symbol of healing, regeneration, and life’s eternal return. I believe the Three Marys of Christianity echo this far older feminine triad.
Traditionally, families gathered for a devotional feast, while the mothers led by the grandmother kept vigil by the hearth through the night, blessing the youngest and placing them under sacred protection.
Blessed be the Night of the Mothers. I now will drift after a long prep for my Solstice gathering tomorrow evening.

if Lilith was a man
he wouldn’t be called
lurid
he’d be called
legend
his refusal to kneel
would be carved into swords
etched in stone
taught in history books
as the mark of a man
who would not bow
to less than truth
if Lilith was a man
they’d call it leadership
when he walked away
from a heaven
that demanded
he dim
they’d sing his praises:
“too wild for the garden”
they’d say
“too bold for the leash”
“too sovereign to be caged”
he’d be a prophet
a poet
a prince
of the unrepentant
not a warning
not a threat
but she wasn’t a man
she was woman
and so they called her
wicked
called her
demon
called her
gone
but oh how she flew
wings black
with night and nectar
feet stained with the soil
of every place
she chose for herself
they thought banishment
would break her
but it made her queen
and if Lilith was a man
he’d still be chasing her
through every century
every scripture
every breathless dream
of a woman who remembers
how it felt to be free
because she never asked
for less
never begged
to be loved tame
she kissed the stars
with her eyes open
and dared the darknes
to follow
and it did
because when Lilith
left the garden
she didn’t fall
she rose
and she taught the night
how to hold a star
